Shipping

Items are usually shipped within 1 business day but occasionally may take up to 5 business days to ship. If we anticipate further delays, we will email you. International orders may face delays caused by the carrier or customs that are beyond our control. If you encounter any problems, please email us! 

EU customers: your VAT will be prepaid at checkout. Shipments are delivered by your local postal service and should not be subject to additional fees.

Returns

Returns are not permitted unless we ship you an incorrect item or the item you receive is defective (i.e., missing pages or has major printing or binding defects). Please email us if you have any problems, and we will work with you to find a solution.
