Shipping

Items that are in-stock are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Items that are out-of-stock and need to be printed or special-ordered may take two weeks to ship.

If you need items urgently, please contact us after your order is placed. If we are not able to ship your order within your required time frame, we will issue a full refund.

International orders may face delays caused by the carrier or customs that are beyond our control.

EU customers: your VAT will be prepaid at checkout. Shipments are delivered by your local postal service and should not be subject to additional fees.

Returns

Returns are not permitted unless we ship you an incorrect item or the item you receive is defective (i.e., missing pages or has major printing or binding defects). Martha Gerschefski’s technique books are printed from original manuscripts provided by the author and contain unavoidable irregularities in formatting and print quality.
